Cyboglabs is looking for an energetic and passionate Business Evangelist to join our team in Chennai.
This role is ideal for someone with strong all-round communication skills who can interact confidently with clients, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure projects and communication are properly followed through.
What you’ll do:
- Visit client locations when required and understand their requirements
- Collect project-related information and communicate it clearly to the internal team
- Coordinate and track ongoing projects, tasks, and client updates
- Maintain professional communication with clients through calls, meetings, and emails
- Check and manage official company emails daily and ensure timely responses and follow-ups
- Draft professional emails, reports, updates, and follow-up communication
- Follow Cyboglabs’ company SOPs, internal processes, and team working procedures
- Ensure client and project activities are properly documented and updated
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to keep projects on track
- Act as a communication bridge between clients and the Cyboglabs team
Who can apply:
- Any Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related domain
- Freshers are welcome — no prior experience required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good professional email drafting and management skills
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable visiting client locations across Chennai when required
- Basic understanding or genuine interest in technology and business
- Ability to follow processes, SOPs, and maintain professional discipline
- Willingness to take ownership and coordinate across different teams
- Most importantly, passion, curiosity, confidence, responsibility, and a willingness to learn
