Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Business Development Associate. The role involves identifying potential business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, and supporting the development and execution of strategies to drive sales growth. The associate will collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions, prepare proposals, conduct market research, and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients. Developing and implementing sales pitches and negotiating contracts will also form a core part of the role to ensure the organization's business objectives are met successfully.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies
- Experience with market research, data analysis, and lead generation techniques
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as social media marketing, performance marketing, and SEO is a plus
- Ability to develop tailored proposals and strategies to meet client needs
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Excel or similar software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Prior experience in digital marketing or creative industries is advantageous
