Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ahmedabad.
The role focuses on developing new client relationships within the UK healthcare sector, including nursing homes, care homes, and healthcare providers. Responsibilities include lead generation, client engagement, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving business growth for healthcare staffing and outsourcing services. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored workforce solutions and ensure high client satisfaction while achieving revenue and expansion targets.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in sales, client relationship management, and business negotiation
- Strong networking and communication skills to establish and nurture professional relationships
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills for identifying business opportunities and crafting solutions
- Experience with market research, competitor analysis, and business strategy development
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Experience in outsourcing, accounting, payroll, or IT services is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
