Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Training professional based in New Delhi, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves developing strategies for lead generation, conducting market research, and creating training programs to enhance business development capabilities. Additional duties include managing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and presenting growth opportunities for the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision making
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify growth opportunities
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and experience in managing client relationships
- Proactive attitude with the ability to multitask in a hybrid work environment
- Knowledge of business development strategies and sales techniques is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools and platforms is an advantage
