Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Trainer located in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions focused on developing skills for business growth and strategy. Tasks will include identifying training needs, creating training content, mentoring participants, and conducting evaluations to measure outcomes. Collaboration with festival organizers and stakeholders to align training goals with organizational objectives will also be a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and sales strategy development.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs or workshops in business-related topics.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and public speaking to effectively engage and mentor participants.
- Proven skills in data analysis, performance evaluation, and reporting to measure training effectiveness.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field, with relevant certifications being a plus.
- Experience in program coordination, event management, or working with youth organizations is an advantage.
