Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Business Development Trainees/Freshers, based in Mangaluru. The role involves assisting in identifying potential business opportunities, building client relationships, and conducting research to understand market trends. Responsibilities include contributing to sales strategies, generating leads, assisting in client communication, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business growth. You will gain hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in business development while working closely with experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret industry trends and data
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to learn
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field (preferred, but not mandatory)
- Familiarity with CRM tools and other sales tracking software is a plus
