Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Trainee at Bhanzu. The Business Development Trainee will support lead generation, conduct market research, interact with potential customers, and assist in driving organizational growth. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall business development strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess trends and identify opportunities
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients and delivering presentations
- Experience in lead generation and market research, with the ability to identify and evaluate new prospects
- Customer service skills to support positive interactions and maintain client relations
- Proactive mindset and ability to work effectively in a remote, self-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Basic knowledge of the education or EdTech sector is a plus
