About the Role
Bhanzu
is looking for energetic and goal-oriented candidates for the role of Business Development Trainee (BDT). This opportunity is perfect for freshers and candidates who are passionate about sales, business development, client handling, customer engagement, lead generation, inside sales, and career growth.
As a BDT, you will interact with parents and students, explain the company’s learning programs, generate sales opportunities, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with potential customers through calls and virtual meetings
- Handle lead generation and lead conversion
- Explain products/services to clients professionally
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain follow-ups
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Conduct counselling sessions and demo coordination
- Maintain CRM data and sales records
- Work closely with the sales and business development team
- Handle objections and provide excellent customer service
- Convert warm leads into successful enrollments
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Immediate joiners preferred
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- BBA, MBA, B.Com, BA, and other graduates preferred
- Interest in sales, business development, customer success, client relationship management, and inside sales
