About The Role: We are looking for highly motivated, energetic, and target-driven individuals for the role of Business Development Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced candidates who want to build a successful career in sales, business development, inside sales, customer relationship management, and EdTech industry.
As a Business Development Trainee, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, explaining our programs, generating leads, handling client interactions, and converting prospects into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and parents
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups
- Explain company products/services in a professional manner
- Build strong customer relationships and maintain client engagement
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide proper solutions
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams
- Drive revenue growth and business expansion
- Convert leads into admissions/enrollments
- Deliver excellent customer experience and customer satisfaction
- Manage virtual meetings and online counseling sessions
Required Skills:- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Sales-oriented mindset with target-achievement ability
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Sheets
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
