Job Overview -
We are looking for a proactive, communication-driven, and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates interested in building a career in IT Sales and Business Development. The candidate will support lead generation, client communication, market research, and sales coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Support lead generation activities through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other online platforms.
- Assist in client communication, follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and interaction details.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support business growth and client acquisition activities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and research summaries as required.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential clients.
- Support the team with business development and sales coordination tasks.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of business development or IT Sales concepts is a plus.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and MS Office tools.
- Confident, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

- Freshers / Recent Graduates / Final-year students (UG/PG).
