Role Summary
As a Business Development Associate for the Sales Referral Program, you will play a crucial role in driving Bhanzu’s growth by leveraging referral channels to generate leads and support the sales process. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates who are energetic, persuasive, and eager to build a career in EdTech sales.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate leads through referral networks.
● Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools.
● Engage with prospective clients referred through the program via calls, emails, and messaging platforms. ● Explain Bhanzu’s offerings and conduct product demonstrations for referred leads.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to maximize conversion rates from referral sources.
● Assist in organizing and executing referral campaigns and events.
● Collect and relay feedback from referred clients to improve the referral process.
● Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications(Mandatory Requirements)
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (recent graduates encouraged to apply).
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
● High level of enthusiasm and self-motivation.
● Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
● Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in English & Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.
● Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
