Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Trainee (BDT) located in Gurugram. As a BDT, your primary responsibilities will include conducting market research, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will work closely with the business development team to identify potential business opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for assessing market trends and identifying business opportunities
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research with a focus on identifying prospective clients and understanding market demands
- Customer Service skills to ensure a great client experience and build long-term relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior internship or project experience in business development or marketing is a plus
