Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Trainee based in Chennai. The role involves generating leads, conducting market research, analyzing data, and supporting customer service initiatives. The successful candidate will also assist in identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the organization’s growth through strategic business development activities. Flexibility for remote work is offered as part of the role.
Salary - 15,000
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess market trends and evaluate business opportunities
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research techniques to identify growth opportunities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Prior experience or internship in business development or related fields is an added advantage
