Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Business Development Trainee based in Chennai with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both in-office and remote flexibility. The role involves conducting market research, generating leads, and identifying new business opportunities. The Business Development Trainee will also handle customer service interactions, build strong client relationships, and develop strategic plans to drive organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess data, identify opportunities, and provide solutions
- Exceptional Communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential business opportunities
- Customer Service experience to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the local Chennai market is an advantage
