Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Trainee, based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for remote work. The trainee will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include fostering client relationships, assisting in creating business development strategies, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to explore and identify growth opportunities
• Excellent Communication skills for engaging with clients and internal teams effectively
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Service to support business growth and client satisfaction
• Ability to work collaboratively as well as independently in a hybrid setup
• Proven organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience or internship in a similar role is a plus
