Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Associate (BDA) who is eager to learn, grow, and build a career in sales and business development. This role begins with a structured Business Development Trainee Programme (45 Days) designed to equip you with practical skills and real-world experience.
Business Development Trainee Programme (45 Days)
During this On-the-Job Training (OJT) period, you will:
Gain in-depth understanding of Trijal Creatives’ services and offerings
Learn product pitching, client handling, and objection management
Get hands-on experience in cold calling, lead generation, and sales conversion
Work closely with senior team members on live projects
Performance Requirement During Training:
Achieve a revenue target of ₹1,00,000
Upon successful completion, you will receive a stipend of ₹18,000
Post-Training Role: Business Development Associate
After successful completion of the trainee programme, you will be promoted to Business Development Associate (BDA).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities
Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Pitch services and close deals with potential clients
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for execution
Maintain CRM and sales reports
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (any stream) – Freshers can apply
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of sales and marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
Highly motivated and target-driven mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
