Role Overview :
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a career in sales, business growth, and client acquisition, while gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities
- Assist in lead generation through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels
- Support the sales team in pitching services and solutions
- Maintain and update CRM with client interactions and sales data
- Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Track market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights
Qualifications:
- 0–1 year of experience in sales, business development, or internships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer acquisition
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or B2B sales
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
