Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Trainee. The Business Development Trainee will be responsible for conducting market research, generating leads, engaging with potential clients, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to overall business growth. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and supporting strategic initiatives.

- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and use data to drive decisions
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and develop opportunities
- Customer Service proficiency with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Proactive mindset, ability to work collaboratively, and strong organizational skills
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
