Who are we looking for?
Designation : Business Development Trainee
What is the work?
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Assisting in business lead generation activities and using modern AI tools to support daily business development operations.
- Schedule and manage client meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
- Assist in business lead generation and database management activities.
- Use AI-based tools and platforms for research, lead generation, reporting, and productivity enhancement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents using MS Office tools.
- Maintain records of client interactions and meeting updates.
- Support the business development team in daily operational activities.
- Assist in handling emails and internal/external communication.
- Ensure timely sharing of information between clients and internal teams.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn AI tools and modern productivity platforms.
- Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
- Professional attitude with good email etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
- Candidates with good verbal and written English communication will be preferred.
