Position Overview
The Business Development Trainee will support sales by generating leads, meeting customers, and promoting solar products.
Key Responsibilities
• Learn solar products and pricing
• Find customers through calls and field visits
• Generate leads and fix meetings
• Support sales activities and follow-ups
• Assist with quotations and site visits
• Maintain basic sales records
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred)
• Good communication skills
• Interest in solar energy and sales
• Willing to travel
