Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Trainee located in Mohali district. The responsibilities include generating leads, conducting market research to identify business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting business growth initiatives. The role also involves direct communication with clients to provide exceptional customer service and assistance with business proposals and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in breaking down data to derive actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients effectively
- Experience or knowledge in Lead Generation and identifying business prospects
- Proficiency in Market Research for identifying trends and opportunities
- Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
- Results-driven mindset with a passion for business development and growth strategies
