We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Business Development Trainees (BDT). This is a 3-month internship program designed to train candidates in sales, client communication, and business growth strategies. Successful candidates will be offered a full-time Business Development role based on their performance during the internship.
Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Schedule product demonstrations or meetings with prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve customer engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or final-year students can apply) in business, marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace is a plus.
