Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Business Development Trainee. The Trainee will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying potential leads, generating business opportunities, and supporting lead nurturing efforts. The role includes active engagement with clients to build relationships, gather insights, and ensure top-notch customer service. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior team members to understand business development strategies and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights
- Excellent Communication abilities to engage with clients and convey value propositions effectively
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and convert potential opportunities
- Customer Service orientation to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Enthusiasm for learning, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively
- Proficient with CRM tools and basic knowledge of sales and marketing practices is a plus
