Key Responsibilities:-
* Drive weekly and monthly revenue growth by promoting IntrnForte’s technology training programs.
* Make proactive outbound calls to potential learners, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable programs.
* Convert leads into successful enrollments and consistently meet daily and weekly targets.
* Manage pre-sales conversations to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales data.

What We’re Looking For:
* Freshers or candidates with 1–4 months of sales experience (EdTech experience preferred).
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
* Comfortable with telesales and client interactions.
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Basic computer proficiency with working knowledge of MS Office.

* Fixed Salary:₹15,000 per month + Incentives up to 20,000
* 6-day work week (Monday Off).
