We’re Hiring: Business Development Trainee (Freshers Welcome!)
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in sales, client acquisition, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
• Support lead generation and maintain a client database
• Present company products/services to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist in proposals, presentations, and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (open to all graduates).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and persuasive abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
