Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata for a Business Development Trainee. The role involves identifying and reaching out to potential clients, pitching comprehensive learning solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships. The Business Development Trainee will also analyze market trends, assist in creating business strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Regular reporting and tracking of outcomes will be essential.

- Proven skills in negotiation, relationship building, and client management
- Proficiency in sales strategies and ability to work on achieving sales targets
