Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Business Development Trainee. The role involves prospecting and generating leads, conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, and building relationships with clients to enhance business growth. The trainee will support the business development team in executing strategies and ensuring customer satisfaction while contributing to achieving organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and derive actionable insights
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for internal and client interactions
- Experience or knowledge in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new growth opportunities
- Proficiency in Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
