Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Trainee at our office located in Nagapattinam. The role involves researching market opportunities, generating new business leads, and providing effective customer service. Additionally, you will assist in building client relationships, conducting market analysis, and supporting sales efforts to help achieve the company’s strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating market trends and business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Lead Generation and Market Research experience to identify potential business opportunities and strategies
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
