We are looking for high-energy, ambitious Business Development Trainees to join our growth engine and help scale Rraasi to millions of users, creators, and business partners.
Role SummaryAs a Business Development Trainee, you will be on the front lines of our market expansion. This is a hybrid role blending strategy, marketing, and sales execution. You will learn how to identify potential user bases, pitch an innovative AI product, onboard content creators/studios, and drive user engagement.

- Position: Business Development Trainee (BDT)
- Location: Bangalore / Remote (As applicable)
- Employment Type: Full-time (Initial training/probation period of 3-6 months, leading to a permanent role based on performance)
Key Responsibilities1. Market Outreach & Lead Generation- Identify and target potential user segments for Rraasi, including digital content creators, meditation/wellness influencers, indie musicians, and digital marketers.
- Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and social media platforms to introduce Rraasi's unique capabilities.
- Assist in organizing online demos, webinars, and beta-testing feedback loops for new users.
2. User Onboarding & Relationship Management- Guide new creators and business clients through the onboarding process for Rraasi's web and WhatsApp-integrated AI tools.
- Gather user feedback, analyze pain points, and collaborate with our technical and product teams to improve user experience.
- Maintain a healthy relationship with active users to encourage word-of-mouth growth and community engagement.
3. Content & Community Growth- Help design and execute engagement strategies (like social media challenges, polls, and user contests) to highlight how easy it is to make music "just by talking."
- Monitor market trends in the AI, generative music, and creator-economy spaces to propose new growth avenues.
Qualifications & SkillsMust-Haves:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, Communications, Engineering, or a related field. (Final year students with immediate availability can also apply).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of other regional languages is a big plus).
- Tech-Savvy: Comfort with using AI tools, social media ecosystems, and modern software platforms.
- Mindset: A highly motivated self-starter with a "get-things-done" attitude, comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice-to-Haves:- Basic understanding or personal interest in music production, the creator economy, or digital entertainment platforms.
- Prior internship experience in sales, customer success, or digital marketing.
