Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Trainee and Marketing Training position. The role is hybrid, based in Chennai with the flexibility of some work-from-home opportunities. Responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, enhancing marketing strategies, managing social media marketing efforts, participating in sales activities, and delivering effective training programs. The candidate will collaborate with teams to achieve organizational goals and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
salary starts from Rs. 15,000
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members.
- Experience or interest in Marketing and Social Media Marketing strategies and activities.
- Ability to deliver and facilitate Training programs and initiatives with clarity and confidence.
- Basic understanding of Sales, including lead generation and client acquisition strategies.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to adapt to a hybrid work structure.
- Relevant educational qualifications or certifications in Business, Marketing, or related fields are advantageous.
