What to Expect from the Role
- Strategise and implement a strong sales pipeline for assigned products (one or two products as per business needs).
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics of team members and take corrective actions aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct daily team huddles to drive motivation and achievement of individual and team targets.
- Own training and quality for the sales team; provide continuous coaching and feedback in coordination with the Product team.
- Contribute individually while monitoring overall team performance, tracking key metrics such as conversion ratio, average revenue per lead, and average revenue per sale.
- Analyse and share insights on customer behaviour, market demand, and competition with the Marketing team in consultation with senior sales leadership.
- Provide timely reporting on critical issues and recommend effective solutions.
