Role OverviewWe are looking for a Business Development Team Lead who can drive revenue, manage a small sales team, and build a consistent client acquisition engine. This role requires hands-on involvement in sales along with leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the business development team
- Drive lead generation through email outreach, cold calling, and strategic prospecting
- Handle international markets (primarily US & UK clients)
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Conduct client calls, presentations, and deal closures
- Set targets, monitor performance, and optimize conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for seamless execution
- Develop and refine sales strategies for consistent revenue growth
Requirements- 3–7 years of experience in business development or sales
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency is mandatory
- Strong experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead, train, and manage a team
- Performance-driven mindset with a focus on revenue
