Job Summary:


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Team Lead – Business Development to

drive sales and lead a high-performing team for the Chitti Future School product. The

ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Business

Development Executives, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring effective product

demonstrations to prospective customers.


What you’ll do:


• Lead and mentor the Business Development team to consistently achieve and

exceed sales targets.

• Monitor daily performance metrics such as calls, demos, follow-ups, and closures.

• Support the team in conducting effective product demonstrations for the Chitti

Future School product.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue

growth.

• Provide regular training, motivation, and performance feedback to team

members.

• Analyze sales reports and identify areas for improvement.

• Handle escalations and assist in closing high-value prospects.

• Ensure strong customer relationships and maintain high satisfaction levels.


Requirements:


• 5-10 years of experience in Sales/Business Development

• Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling

• Experience in EdTech, STEM courses, or education product sales preferred

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Target-driven mindset with proven track record of achieving revenue goals

• Ability to handle product demonstrations and guide the team in closing deals

• Proficiency in English (Hindi & Telugu is an added advantage)

• Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and team performance
