We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Leader who believes in Result

Role Type: Business Development Leader/ Consultant (Performance-Based Only)
Work Mode: Remote/ Noida | Full-time (Flexible, High Responsibility Role)

Income Potential:
First 6 Months Probation period – Execution phase focused on training, team building &
Handling, Sales Systems, and performance-based income Start Slowly (No fixed salary/CTC
structure)
After 6 Months - long-term permanent growth opportunities with higher earning potential and
leadership responsibilities (final structure will be discussed during the interview).

Key Responsibilities:
Build, manage, and support Sales & Marketing teams
Handle recruitment, candidate coordination, and training support
Generate sales and contribute to achieving business revenue targets
Maintain professional communication with clients and candidates
Support sales growth, client acquisition, and team performance
Help teams solve operational, sales, and execution-related challenges
Track team performance, sales targets, and reporting metrics
Contribute to overall business growth and operational scaling
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ownership mindset and accountability
Min 3 yrs of experience in business development
Ability to handle responsibilities independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
Strong execution and people management abilities
Interest in Sales, Marketing, Recruitment, Startups, or Business Operations will be an
advantage
