Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities through lead generation and market research. The candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and providing outstanding customer service. Additional responsibilities include analyzing data to develop strategies for revenue growth, engaging with potential clients, and collaborating with internal teams to support the achievement of business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities for engaging with stakeholders and addressing their needs
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to assess market trends and contribute to strategic planning
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or a related field is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline is desirable
