Role Description
This is a full-time Business Development Specialist role based on-site in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying potential leads, conducting in-depth market research, and developing effective strategies to attract and onboard clients. The specialist will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, provide excellent customer service, and ensure client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Market Research skills for identifying opportunities and understanding market trends
- Effective Communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional interactions
- Proficiency in Lead Generation to identify and qualify prospective customers
- Customer Service expertise to maintain positive client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Knowledge of the real estate or SaaS industry is an added advantage
