Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Specialist & Telecaller to join our team in a hybrid capacity, with a primary work location in Jaipur and flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients through lead generation, conducting market research, engaging with clients via phone calls, and nurturing client relationships. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and collaborating with teams to deliver solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and build lasting relationships
• Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify opportunities and gather market insights
• Well-developed Analytical Skills to assess opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage responsibilities both on-site and remotely
• Previous experience in business development, sales, or customer engagement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
