About the RoleZeusInfinity Services is looking for a Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Specialist who can own the complete client acquisition lifecycle—from identifying the right prospects to engaging, nurturing, and converting them into paying clients.
This role is not limited to lead generation. While leads may be available, the primary responsibility is client engagement, qualification, follow-ups, proposal handling, and deal closure. We are looking for someone who understands how to convert conversations into revenue, especially in international markets.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience selling digital services, IT services, SaaS marketing, or outsourcing solutions and is comfortable managing long sales cycles and consultative discussions. For more details, email us on contact@zeusinfinity.in.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Engagement & Qualification- Engage inbound and outbound prospects through:
- Email campaigns
- Phone and video calls
- LinkedIn messages and follow-ups
- WhatsApp and other professional communication channels
- Conduct discovery calls to understand:
- Client requirements and pain points
- Budget range and buying intent
- Decision-makers and stakeholders
- Timelines and urgency
- Identify real sales signals and disqualify low-intent leads early
2. Client Acquisition & Conversion (Primary Focus)- Own the sales conversation from first contact to closure
- Build trust through continuous, value-driven engagement
- Handle objections related to:
- Pricing
- Scope and deliverables
- Trust, credibility, and execution capability
- Drive prospects logically from interest → proposal → deal closure
- Successfully onboard new clients post-closure
3. Proposal & Commercial Ownership- Coordinate with internal teams to:
- Create customized proposals
- Prepare pitch decks, brochures, and sales collateral
- Define scope, timelines, and commercials
- Present proposals confidently to prospects
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements
- Bring senior leadership into discussions when strategic alignment or final closure support is required
4. International & Domestic Client Handling- Work with clients across:
- US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia
- Indian mid-market and enterprise segments
- Understand regional buyer behavior and business etiquette
- Adapt sales messaging based on geography, industry, and ICP
5. Prospect Identification & Targeting (Selective)- Identify and target high-quality prospects aligned with ZeusInfinity’s service offerings
- Understand Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for:
- IT & SaaS businesses
- Digital-first companies
- Outsourcing-ready organizations
- Focus on personalized, relevance-driven outreach rather than mass messaging
6. Sales Pipeline Management & Reporting- Maintain a clean and structured sales pipeline
- Track deal stages, follow-ups, and conversion probabilities
- Share weekly updates on:
- Active opportunities
- Expected closures
- Revenue forecasts
- Conversion challenges and insights
Required Skills & ExperienceMandatory- 3–5 years of experience in:
- IT services sales
- Digital marketing agency sales
- SaaS or outsourcing sales
- Demonstrated experience in closing deals and converting clients
- Excellent written and spoken English communication
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently with clear ownership of targets
Good to Have- Experience selling:
- SaaS marketing solutions
- SEO, performance marketing, or development services
- Offshore or staff augmentation models
- Familiarity with:
- CRM tools
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Proposal and sales documentation workflows
- Startup or agency background
