Role Description
The Business Development Specialist role at Odiware is a full-time remote position, with flexibility for occasional remote work. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, conducting market research, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the development of tailored business solutions. The position requires proactive communication with prospects, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategies for business growth.
Qualifications
- Must have more than 3+ years of experience in Software Business Development or Sales
- Prior experience in Odoo ERP business development, sales, or any other ERP domain
- Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to evaluate market trends and business opportunities effectively
- Excellent Communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities
- Experience and proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and connect with potential clients
- Customer Service skills and a commitment to building and maintaining positive client relationships
- Team collaboration skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
