Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and highly skilled Sales Manager to join our growing team in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client acquisition, sales pipeline management, and closing deals across international markets such as the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and UAE and also have exposure with contact discovery tools (such as Lusha, ZoomInfo, Hunter.io, Apollo.io etc.) to identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
• Manage the complete end-to-end sales cycle from lead identification and qualification to proposal submission, negotiation, revenue generation, and deal closure.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT Services, Enterprise Integration, Software Development, Engineering Services, Data, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand their business requirements and propose suitable IT service solutions aligned with their business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, Statements of Work (SOW), and commercial proposals based on client requirements.
• Lead contract negotiations, finalize commercial terms, and close sales deals.
• Manage client accounts and build long-term relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
• Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure proper solution design, effort estimation, and smooth project onboarding.
• Maintain and manage the sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, and update all sales activities in CRM systems.
• Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth objectives.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and up-selling services within existing clients.
• Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, business discussions, and industry events.
• Use CRM tools and sales intelligence platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, and Hunter.io to manage leads, track communications, and forecast sales.
• Continuously research industry trends, competitor activities, market demands, and client feedback to refine sales strategies. • Stay updated with emerging technologies, IT industry trends, and new service offerings to effectively position company solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals, contracts, and solutions are aligned with delivery capabilities and business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of business development activities, sales interactions, and client information in the CRM system.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
Skills and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of IT products and services such as Software Development, Cloud Solutions, Enterprise Integration, and Data Services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.
• Familiarity with sales automation tools and email outreach platforms.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
