We’re Hiring | Business Development Lead / Growth Partner
Core Ideas is a growth-focused marketing consultancy working with SMEs, startups, and emerging brands across strategy, branding, and Fractional CMO services.
As we enter the next phase of growth, we are looking for an experienced business development professional who can contribute beyond sales — someone who can build revenue channels, strengthen client relationships, and play a key role in scaling the business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead new business acquisition and strategic partnerships
• Build and manage a strong, predictable sales pipeline
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships
• Drive retention, renewals, and growth opportunities within accounts
• Work closely with leadership on expansion initiatives
• Build scalable business development systems and processes
Ideal Candidate:
• 6+ years of experience in B2B sales / business development / consulting / agency growth
• Strong commercial acumen, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to win and grow client accounts
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership orientation
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, growth-stage environment
