Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dwarka for a Business Development Specialist (Freshers). In this role, you will handle lead generation, conduct market research, and identify prospective clients to drive business growth. You will liaise with clients to understand their requirements, deliver exceptional customer service, and support the business development team in achieving sales objectives. Collaboration with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions will also be a key responsibility.

- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer Service abilities to provide excellent client experiences and build lasting relationships.

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent is preferred.
- Familiarity with the consulting or freelancing industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
