Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students to understand their academic and career goals
- Guide students with accurate information regarding undergraduate and postgraduate programs
- Manage leads effectively through regular follow-ups and counseling sessions
- Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets within timelines
- Ensure smooth coordination throughout the admission and onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records and CRM updates for all student interactions
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3 months to 2 years of experience in EdTech sales (Online UG/PG courses is mandatory).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities
