Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist (Digital Marketing Sales) based in Noida, India. The specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the digital marketing sector. Daily tasks include building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research to identify potential leads, presenting and pitching Globelance’s services to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve sales targets. The candidate will also analyze sales and market trends to inform strategy and drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Customer Service to manage client needs and build relationships
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in Training and guiding clients or team members on workflows and services
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a strong advantage
