Responsibilities
- Drive business development for CDMO projects in specialty and fine chemicals across global markets
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and revenue growth
- Build and manage relationships with international clients; act as single point of contact
- Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, operations and other teams for project execution
- Develop key account plans and identify repeat or upscaling opportunities
- Track market trends, competition, and pricing benchmarks to support strategy
- Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, NDAs, MSAs and ensure smooth project handover
Support leadership in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning
Qualifications
- 3-6 years’ experience in CDMO / specialty chemicals sales or key account management
- Preferred B.Tech / M.Tech / M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
- Experience handling international B2B clients (US, EU, Japan etc.)
- Strong understanding of specialty chemicals, process development, scale-up and regulatory compliance
- Experience in techno-commercial proposals, pricing and cost modeling
- Strong negotiation, communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills
- Entrepreneurial, result-oriented and able to manage complex global projects
