Role Description
The Business Development Specialist (B2C and B2B) will play a pivotal role in driving growth for NoBroker HR by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and developing strategies to attract and retain clients in both B2C and B2B segments. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, offering a dynamic work environment with significant growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify potential clients and understand market needs.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends and develop effective business strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or real estate is a bonus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
