The Role
We are looking for an energetic Institutional Sales Associate (Fresher) to join our mission. You will be the face of Yung Unitee, building strong ties with colleges, universities, and training centres to bring our growth-focused services to students. Key Responsibilities
Institutional Outreach: Build and manage relationships with colleges, universities, and hospitals across the region.
Events & Workshops: Conduct seminars and info sessions to promote our education and training programs.
Lead Management: Convert institutional leads into active partnerships and handle student enrollments.
Strategic Growth: Identify new market trends and scout for tie-ups with training centers and certification platforms.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the bridge between our internal product teams and external partners to ensure smooth onboarding.
Target Achievement: Own the B2B sales funnel and meet monthly/quarterly engagement goals.
Who You Are
Fresh Talent: We are looking for freshers with a hunger to learn and grow.
Confident Communicator: You have excellent presentation skills and the confidence to speak with senior decision-makers.
Motivated: You are self-driven, target-oriented, and thrive in a startup environment.
Qualified: Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA is a plus).
Mobile: Willing to travel for on-ground activities and campus visits.
