Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Specialist (B2B and B2C) based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, and market research to identify business opportunities. You will plan and implement strategies to engage with both B2B and B2C prospects, build and maintain client relationships, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. Additionally, you will contribute to achieving sales targets while driving the growth and expansion of NoBrokerHood in the market.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate market opportunities, assess business performance, and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at various levels.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Customer Service skills to understand client needs, ensure a positive experience, and foster long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset, with experience or knowledge of sales processes and strategies.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in the tech or property management industry is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
