Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Business Development Specialist. The role involves conducting market research, identifying and generating new leads, engaging with prospective clients, and managing the partner acquisition process. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service, developing strategies for business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to meet expansion objectives. The Business Development Specialist will also assist in preparing reports, analyzing market data, and supporting compliance and documentation processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Market Research skills to assess growth opportunities and build data-driven strategies
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and partners effectively
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Customer Service to identify opportunities and foster relationships
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with franchise models, compliance requirements, or investment strategies is an advantage
