Role Overview:We are seeking a results-driven Global Business Development Specialist to drive international revenue growth by selling advertising solutions to global clients and agencies. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in media sales, client relationship management, and a deep understanding of international markets.
Key Responsibilities:International Ad Sales & Revenue Generation:- Identify, prospect, and onboard international clients, brands, and media agencies
- Drive ad sales across global markets (APAC, EMEA, US, etc.)
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain a strong international sales pipeline
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:- Develop long-term relationships with global advertisers and agencies
- Understand client objectives and propose customized advertising solutions
- Lead client pitches, presentations, and negotiations
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business
Strategic Sales & Market Expansion:- Research and identify new international markets and opportunities
- Develop go-to-market strategies for different regions
- Monitor global industry trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks
- Collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with market needs
Sales Operations & Reporting:- Maintain accurate records of leads, deals, and client interactions in CRM
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates
- Track revenue performance and identify growth opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in Ad Sales / Media Sales / Digital Sales (international exposure preferred)
- Strong network with international brands, agencies, or media buyers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working across different time zones and cultures
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
- Self-motivated with a strong target-driven mindset
- Keen Interest in Sports
